These terms govern your use of NVQReviews.co.uk (the “Site”), operated by Construction Learning Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Construction Learning Ltd.

By using this Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any product from us. By using the Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. About our services

NVQReviews.co.uk provides:

• Free educational content about CSCS cards, NVQ qualifications, and construction industry training
• Independent reviews and comparisons of training providers
• A paid digital product called the CSCS Revision Guide
• Lead generation services that connect prospective learners with training providers

3. The CSCS Revision Guide

When you purchase the CSCS Revision Guide:

• You receive lifetime access for as long as we continue to operate the Site
• Access is for your personal use only
• You may not redistribute, resell, share, or republish the content
• You may not share your login details with anyone else
• We may revoke access without refund if you breach these terms
• If we ever stop operating the Site, we will give you at least 30 days notice and where reasonable will provide downloadable copies of materials you paid for

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this Site are affiliate links. If you click them and complete a purchase or enquiry, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not affect the price you pay. Our reviews and recommendations are based on our own research and are not influenced by commission rates.

5. Lead generation

If you submit an enquiry through our forms (for example, requesting NVQ course information), we will pass your contact details to one or more vetted training providers so they can contact you with information. 11. No guarantees

The CSCS Revision Guide and other educational content on this Site are study aids only. We do not guarantee that using them will result in you passing the CSCS test, gaining an NVQ qualification, or finding employment. Your success depends on your own effort and circumstances. 12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Site and our products “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Site
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
