Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of the CSCS Revision Guide digital product on NVQReviews.co.uk, operated by Construction Learning Ltd (referred to as “we”, “us”, and “our”).
Digital content and your right to cancel
When you purchase the CSCS Revision Guide, you receive immediate access to all 14 chapters, the mock test bank, and the AI tutor. Because this is digital content delivered instantly, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once you have begun accessing the content. You confirm and agree to this at checkout by ticking the box that says you wish to start using the content immediately and waive your right to cancel.
Our general position
Once you have accessed any of the guide content, we do not offer refunds as standard. You have lifetime access, so even if you do not pass the CSCS test on your first attempt, the guide remains available for further study.
When we will consider a refund
We do consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. We will normally refund you in full if:
- You have not yet accessed any of the guide content
- You purchased the guide accidentally, for example a duplicate purchase
- You experienced a serious technical issue that prevented you from accessing what you paid for and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time
- We agree that the content materially did not match what was described on the sales page
We will normally not refund you if:
- You have accessed the content and decided you no longer want it
- You failed the CSCS test (the guide is a study aid, not a guarantee of passing)
- You changed your mind after several days of use
- Your refund request is made more than 30 days after purchase
How to request a refund
Email contact@nvqreviews.co.uk with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number, taken from your Stripe receipt
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We will respond within 3 working days. If we approve the refund, it will be processed via Stripe back to the original payment method and typically appears in your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you experience a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us may result in your access to the guide being revoked and could affect your ability to purchase from us in future.
Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it was last updated. Changes apply to purchases made on or after the new effective date.
